Great customer service when there is an issue!

The chair is solid and exactly as described, and a good value. My biggest compliment is that my chair had a minor defect that I could not fix on my own, and the customer service was quick, responsive, and offered several solutions. Things happen in the manufacturing process, and sometimes there is a glitch, but this seller responded very well and found a solution that was the best for both of us. That mattered more than a perfect experience because few things in life are perfect. Good customer service is important.

Great after foot surgery

I had foot surgery. I didn’t realize how low my couches were until I tried to get up and get on a scooter. This chair arrived from Fed Ex. It was easy to put together. For the time I am off of my foot, it is perfect. It holds my foot up to reduce swelling and helps me lift to transfer to scooter.

I would buy differently next time

Easy to assemble. The zipper on the armrest is cheap and broke while zipping pad in. The motor works as it should, but takes a very long time to lift and recline.
